Provides a simple and economical way to recycle process chemicals utilizing an off-line, customizable filtration system that pumps the chemical to be filtered from a process tank, removes unwanted contaminants without altering the process chemistry, and returns the chemical to the tank without disrupting the manufacturing process.
A special version of the Filter Klear™ has been successfully adopted by the commercial printing industry where fountain (or dampening) solution is treated off-line without disrupting the operation of the printing press. The life of fountain solution has successfully been extended from days to months, offering zero discharge and quick return on investment.
